It is a loose and very breathable material. It can feel a little heavy but once you start moving in it you don’t notice. You can wear both pieces separately or together. I love the top. I don’t like the wrists area of it too much, I feel like the cloth collects there a lot.

Really comfy, but other than that, it's really inconvenient. It gets wrinkled so so easily. I have to iron it ever time I want to wear it, even though it's such a simple piece.
