Not sure how to feel

I got this abaya a while back and it’s not the same as pictured. Although the dress is extremely comfortable and great for all weather, the dots on the dress which are very apparent in the images are not there in real life, the dress fabric is plain. The head hole is also extremely small which is great when you get it on cause your neck will not show, but it’s almost impossible to get my head through, I have to place it at a certain part of my head and pull real hard, once I have, my hair and/or hijab is completely messed up. I’m thinking maybe I was sent the wrong dress but the shape of the dress and color seems like it would be the same one.

Nice outfit

The skirt set is nice but it doesn’t look like the picture on the website. The fabric is plain and the picture on the website looks like it has a raise design in the fabric.

I have not received the products or any communication regarding shipping as of yet. It has been more than a week since I ordered. Disappointing service 👎🏽
