Where Is The Package?

I haven’t received the order yet, even though you claim it was fulfilled 4 days ago. I’d like to know where the order is as I’v not received any update regarding it. Checking the UPS tracking number today, 1/24/25 and UPS says they have not received the package yet. I’ll gladly post a review on the web if you want me to, but it won’t be a good one since 4 days after I ordered the package UPS has yet to receive it.
